Cities around Moscow

The reason that I want the cities around Moscow is to make this a little more realistic by putting smaller cities further away. I also know that many if not all cities that Napoleon went through he burned I can do that in this program like damage control so that any city will be in flames. I also want to do like a damage on the troops marching into the wintery wheather because the French were not prepared for this kind off winter just to make it even better.
