I like this site because it explains the exact location of Borodino in relation to Moscow. It also shows a picture of a railroad near Borodino. There is a major mistake made giving Napoleon the ability to build up defenses so that victory for the Russian's would be much more difficult. But the Russians were confident they had winter on there side. Even though the Russians lost this Battle they won the War. Which really if you think about it thats all that counts.
